💌 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

🎟️ Everyone needs a ticket — that includes kids and adults. Babies are welcome for free if they’re carried in a sling or baby carrier.
🧾 Tickets are online only — don’t rely on door sales. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
👶 Children under 15 need a child ticket. If they’re 15 or older, an adult ticket is required.
🧍‍♀️ All children must be with an adult and all adults must attend with a child — no solo entries.
🔄 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so double-check before booking.
🔊 Sound levels are family-friendly, but little ears are sensitive — earmuffs or headphones are a great idea for toddlers and minis.
🌟 Companion cards are accepted; companions do not need a ticket.
