Come get a taste of the elements of Afro-Brazilian Capoeira, movement & flow, Sexual Movements & Techniques, Flexibility Training, Handstands and Dance. We will develop a vocabulary of physical movements to tell your story and evoke key ancestral practices known to elevate endorphins in the body.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Alfred Kendrick, founder of FITARTS, is a Hollywood-based personal trainer known for creating custom workout routines tailored to individual body types. With a degree in Kinesiology and over 25 years of experience in personal training and martial arts, Alfred has built a reputation among celebrities, supermodels, performers, and athletes. His clients include Rihanna, Dancing with the Stars, and Red Bull.

Alfred has a plethora of experience bringing his unique martial arts and movement experience to the festival circuit.

In 2011, he launched FITARTS, a program that blends body movement, fitness, and performance. Alfred is also the creator of the sexual movement program Fit 4SX, and has performed in over 500 live shows worldwide, including numerous commercial and TV appearances.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
