In this special Valentine’s Day class, partner dance is used as a tool to explore connection, presence, and intimacy. Through movement, we will cultivate observation and attention through sensation, eye contact, and touch, creating a space of curiosity and listening in the encounter with another.

With more than 20 years of experience in partner dancing, the last decade has been essential in deepening my journey into a relationship with the other through dance.

Over the past ten years, through deep and ongoing research, I have discovered how dance can be a powerful practice for developing connection skills and, even more, for cultivating a sensorial body through attention, presence, and conscious contact with another person.

In this class, I will guide practical exercises to develop these qualities within the relationship: through movement, eye contact, and touch. Simple yet profound explorations that invite listening, trust, and genuine encounter.

This class is an invitation to refine and expand presence, sensitivity, and awareness, enhancing what already exists between two people, while gently opening space for what is still waiting to be discovered.
