Join Bex Tyrer and Jordi Jules for an extraordinary morning of Yin Yang practices!

Structure of the workshop:

• Wake up and Shine: Move and shake it out with a medium intensity, intention setting Quantum Flow practice

• Gratitude Meditation practice on the 4 aspects of true love

• Cylical living from the Chinese body clock and lunar phases

• The emotions of the 5 organs and how to cultivate inner balance with Taoist Wisdom

• A luscious Yin Yoga and Myofasicial Release practice to embody and integrate the morning theory and to support the liver and gallbladder

All levels of experience are welcome. This workshop is a unique one of a kind offering, providing you with inspiration to take home and incorporate into your daily life. Time very well spent!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Bex Tyrer has been teaching at the yoga barn for 16 years. She is deeply passionate about Yoga. Her work extends into empowering research around women's holistic health and vitality. She also has a keen interest in the evolution of yoga and exploration of its rich history. This has lead her back into academia and the field of Yoga Studies.

Jordi Jules comes from a corporate background as a CEO of high end exclusive wellness resorts. He has since shifted gears to focus full time on his study of Taoism with a genuine desire to share what has brought him so much life satisfaction and embodied vitality with others. Jordi teaches Qi Gong and Quantum Flow at the Yoga Barn.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
