The breath, aided by evocative music and a ceremonial space provides a route to the discovery of your inner unconscious, healing potential, and trauma release. With the practice of a simple, conscious connected breathing technique, the full spectrum of human experience can emerge.

Sometimes cathartic and intense, Sometimes relaxing and freeing. Each time you show up for it, breathwork takes you wherever you need to go, physically, mentally, or emotionally. A process that ultimately moves you away from the agendas of your ego and towards the sacred purpose of your soul.

The art process, group sharing and grounding practices, will assist you in integrating your journey into meaningful tools in your life.

What you will need:

• Bring a friend or come on your own.

• Bring an eye mask or clothing to cover your eyes.

• Bring a water bottle. Refills available at the studio space.

• Dress in layered clothing that you can easily move around in.

• Most importantly, come exactly as you are. All of you is welcome here.

Levi is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner. Mystery, transformation, and healing magically combine as he leads intensive Shamanic Breathwork journeys, helping participants reconnect to their highest selves. By gifting students with personal empowerment and self-healing, he strives to create a community of open-hearted difference makers with world-changing potential.

With a Master’s Degree in Shamanic Intuitional Practices and a Bachelor’s in Sacred Elemental Studies, Levi can be found traveling the shamanic path as he conducts workshops and immersions around the globe. Modern techniques and ancient philosophies are transmitted into what he shares, gracing students with an unusually well-rounded experience and profound lifetime benefits.

Jane Anthony is passionate about facilitating others to (re)discover their own inner guide & healer. Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation.

Jane utilizes her background in psychology and teaching as a trauma informed Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. Breathwork is her passion with over 700+ hours of formal training she is also a qualified Rebirthing Yin Breathwork Facilitator and a Wild Love Advanced Breathwork Practitioner as well as being an Accredited Practitioner with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Jane is also a Trauma Therapist, Astrologer, Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Shamanic Minister, Advanced Theta Healer and Detox & Cellular Regeneration Practitioner.

Each of these practices focus on awakening your own inner shaman and healer at all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. It is Jane’s greatest joy to serve as a guide back to your own inner knowing.

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
