The Relational Range: Exploring the Spectrum of Self and Connection

Join Saturday and Sunday 2nd-3rd of August!

Event Description:
Our relationships—both with ourselves and others—are some of the most profound and transformative parts of our lives. But have you ever wondered what’s happening beneath the surface of these connections?

Relational Range is a two-day immersive workshop designed to guide you through the layers of your inner and relational worlds. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll explore the parts of you that shape your identity and influence your relationships. You’ll begin to see how these parts interact, both within you and with others, and discover new possibilities for connection, compassion, and self-leadership.

Together, we’ll build a relational field where witnessing, being seen, and sharing self-energy become tools for deeper connection and for experiencing human relationships differently. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools to bring these insights into your everyday life, transforming how you relate to yourself, others, and the world.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Practices that help you map and understand your inner parts and how they shape your relationships.

  • A supportive space to practice relational exploration, witnessing, and being witnessed in your journey.

  • Tools to help your protectors soften and allow for more connection, trust, and presence.

  • An increased ability to hold compassion for yourself and others, even in challenging moments.

  • Playful yet meaningful movement and exercises that bring the learning into your body.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with:

  • A fresh lens to view yourself and your relationships through the framework of IFS(Internal Family Systems).

  • Practical tools to navigate emotional triggers and create more authentic, harmonious connections.

  • A renewed sense of self-responsibility, self-compassion, and curiosity for your relational world.

  • The confidence to approach your relationships with clarity and presence, knowing that small shifts can create profound change.

You'll feel it!

FAQ:

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for those who are ready to deepen their connection to themselves and others. Open to receive others and to be received, allowing different perspectives to be an opportunity for growth and expansion. You might be navigating relational challenges, seeking tools to better understand your emotions, or wanting to approach life with more clarity and compassion. This experience will meet you where you are.

What if I’ve never done IFS or relational work before?
Although helpful, no prior experience is necessary. Each exercise is guided step by step, and you’ll always have space to go at your own pace.
If you'd like to have a taste you can join the weekly workshops at La Luz ("Authentic Relating" every 2nd and 4th Saturday 3-4:45pm, "Authentic Depths" every Tuesday 2-4pm, "IFS Inside Out: Inner Voices in Action" every Wednesday 10:30-12:15pm).

Why is presence required for the full two days?
This workshop is designed as a continuous journey. Each practice builds on the following on, creating a container for meaningful growth and connection. Your full presence ensures you’ll gain the most from this experience, while also contributing to the relational field we’ll create together.

What about lunch and breaks?

Great news! Lunch is included for both days!
There will be morning and afternoon breaks, fruit will be provided, extra snacks are welcomed and encouraged.
Lunch time: we'll break for lunch for about 1-1h30min each day (flexible), the venue will serve lunch buffet style (includes: appetizer, soup, main course, dessert, and a drink).
The venue has a restaurant/cafe from which you can purchase extra drinks, snacks, meals throughout the day.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a pen and notebook for reflections, and an open heart, curiosity and the desire to relate with other humans. Everything else will be provided.

Is this a Family Constellation Workshop?
This is not a Family Constellation Workshop. This is a workshop based mainly on a therapeutic modality named Internal Family Systems combined with Authentic Relating and other embodied practices. Although a couple of activities can appear similar to Family Constellation, this is a very different framework and tool that leads us to explore mainly our Internal family system rather than the external one, while still doing it in a relational field.

Alice is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed practitioner and an Authentic Relating and Experiential Education Facilitator. In her weekly workshops and private practice, she navigates realms of authentic relating, IFS and parts work, creating spaces for genuine connections that drop below the surface, guiding individuals to deeper self-awareness and self-love.

She brings this and more of her background into her work, providing compassion and safety for others to delicately navigate their internal landscapes, both in group format and private sessions.

A catalyst for healing connections, Alice invites individuals to embrace authenticity, resilience, and self-discovery.

A message from Alice
"I believe that when we can meet ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and the courage of becoming Self-responsible, we free the capacity to create and experience deeper, more meaningful connections with others. This workshop is an invitation to explore that potential together, in a space where growth feels challenging, playful and gentle."

Words of love from previous participants:

“Alice’s Relational Range workshop was wonderful! I am an experienced facilitator in AR and was already familiar with IFS. I’ve been to so many dozens of these sorts of workshops, and this was one of my favorites! Alice was grounded, confident, present, attuned, vulnerable, and even playful throughout the 2 days — really EMBODYING the “relational range” and the concepts she was teaching. I loved the Kelapa Shala space and the Swasti Eco Cottages restaurant. It felt tranquil, lush, and secluded even though it’s right in the heart of Ubud. Would highly recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to deepen in connection with Self and Other.” - Stephen Torrence

"The workshop was beautifully designed, it felt that it was bending and stretching to the needs of the group and able to flow with the energy we created. The activities gently led me to deeper and deeper connections not just with others in the group but with parts of myself. The content felt fresh and carefully considered, it all blended seamlessly into the two days, just challenging enough to allow a space for transformational learning and gentle enough to support through the process. Alice brings such a bountiful energy to all her offerings, and holds a magical and safe space for this exploration, I invite you to experience this for yourself." - Phil Nicholls

"The Relational Range, workshop was an incredible experience, deepening my understanding of Internal Family Systems in a way that felt both accessible and profoundly healing. I loved soaking up all the knowledge and learning how to communicate with my parts, bringing them to light and beginning the healing process. Alice is a passionate and knowledgeable facilitator whose love for IFS shines through in her teaching. She creates a supportive space for exploration and growth, making the process feel both safe and transformative. IFS is one of my favorite healing modalities-deceptively simple yet deeply impactful. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to go deeper into IFS and who’s ready to do the work." - Johanna

"I am so glad I decided to do Alice’s Relational Range workshop. I have done many workshops in my life, and this is one of my favorites. It was a transformational journey of exploration and discovery.

Alice is a wonderful facilitator who embodies presence, warmth, confidence, playfulness, and vulnerability. She has an attuned presence that you can trust with your vulnerable inner parts, and with your light.
She never forces or pushes in anyway, but works with loving acceptance, curiosity, invitation, and guidance.

Alice held my vulnerability with so much attunement, presence, and love that I had a deep and huge shift in my system , from old childhood wounds and traumas of sadness and rejection, to loving joyful presence, with a sense of expanded freedom, allowing my natural Self to shine forth even more. I am not the same person who began this workshop. I can feel the change in me. There is more space and light in my being, more capacity to rest, communicate, and move from my Natural Self.

Alice’s workshop was a well-presented education on the basics of inner parts work, with lots of practical exercises and fun activities to help us experience and embody the teaching. I have been involved with IFS parts work some years back, and this workshop was a great refresher for me.

Many of us who did the workshop walked in as strangers and left as friends who had gone through an awesome life experience together.

The Relational Range workshop was held in a gorgeous venue with lush green gardens that reminds you of being in the countryside, surrounded by rainforest, and has a beautiful shala to hold the event.

I heartily endorse this workshop and working with Alice, and I will do more of her offerings." - Vinito
